林德叉车电池在使用前应该充足充电；以避免蓄电池在叉车运行过程中作间断性多次充电，这样会缩短其寿命及降低其容量。极端的温度差异可影响叉车蓄电池性能及充电效果。低温度会降低蓄电池容量及妨碍正常充电，高温度则会增加电解液的消耗及能导致过量充电。而极高的温度会导致“热能流失”更而引至爆炸或火警。如果无法避免极端的温度差异，便要咨询叉车蓄电池或充电器专家有关的解决方法。

林德叉车电瓶的维护与保养

1.1 未经使用的电池在使用前应进行初充电。初充电前应将电池表面擦拭干净，检查有无损坏；按串联方式组成电池组时应紧密无间隙，保证极性正确。螺栓连接时应压紧螺栓保证连接可靠。
1.2 拧下液孔塞，清除塞内透气孔上密封物保证透气孔畅通；或拔下密封盖换上掀盖式液孔塞并打开掀盖。
1.3 在充电设备能正常工作的条件下将密度为1.260±0.005（25℃）温度小于30℃的 硫酸电解液灌入电池，液面高出保护板15～25（mm）或符合右图要求。此时为了降低电解液因化学反应而上升的温度和电解液充分渗入极板，隔板孔隙内；电池需静置3～4小时，不超过8小时。待液温降至35℃以下方可进行初充电。（必要时可在冷水槽中降温）静置后液面下降应补充电解液。
1.4 硫酸电解液是用符合国家标准GB4554-84的蓄电池硫酸与蒸馏水配制而成，切勿用工业硫酸、自来水代用。

1.5 擦干溅落在电池表面的电解液，将电池组的正、负极分别与直流电源的正、负端相接，接通电源；电源电压应高于电池组串联电压的50%，依据电池额定容量十分之一电流进行,第①阶段电流充电，冲至电压达到2.4（V）时改用第①阶段电流减半进行第②阶段电流继续充电。充电过程中电解液温度不得超过45℃，接近 45℃时应减半充电电流或暂停充电；待液温降至35℃以上再继续充电。但需适应延长充电时间。
1.6 充足电的现象：在第②阶段充电至电压达2.6（V），电压变化不大于0.005（V）；电解液密度达到1.280±0.005（25℃），2小时内无明显变化并有细密气泡激烈发生时就认为电池已充足电。其充电电量为额定容量的4～5倍，充电时间约70小时。
1.7 为了准确控制电解液中硫酸含量，在充电末期应检查各电池的电解液密度；如有不符则用蒸馏水或密度为1.40的硫酸进行调整，并应在充电状态下的2小时内将电解液密度与液面调整至规定值。
1.8 初充电结束后将电池表面擦干净，装上液孔塞或闭上掀盖式液孔塞的掀盖，方可投入使用。
1.9 产品若是干式荷电蓄电池时，不需要进行初充电，使用前加电解液密度为1.270±0.005，加液后2小时，（***长不超过48小时）应经常充电中第二阶段充电电流的二分之一充电18小时后再用该电流量乘1.5继续充电待单位电池电压达到2.6V时充电结束，静止1小时即可投入使用。

2 林德叉车使用和维护
2.1 为保证电池使用寿命，凡投入使用的电池应处充足电状态；充电不足的电池不可使用。使用过程中应密切注意放电程度，严禁过量放电--即电压降至1.7V/ 只，电解液密度降至1.17时应停止放电并及时充电；不得长时间搁置。该种在使用过程中需经常进行的补充电称为普通充电。
2.2 普通充电：根据表中普通充电电流按初充电方法进行，充入电量为放出电量的130～140%，充电时间约15小时左右。
2.3 正常使用的电池应避免过充电，但对下列几种情况的电池必须进行适量过充电，即均衡充电。
a.电池组中的“落后电池”--指充放电过程中电压值低于其它电池的电池及因故障检修过的电池。（均衡充电时应将落后电池的正、负极分别与直流电源的正、负端相接单独进行。）
b.正常使用的电池每2～3个月进行一次均衡充电。
c.长时间没有使用的电池在使用前应进行均衡充电。
2.4 均衡充电
a.以0.1ⅠA电流进行充电。（Ⅰ为5小时率容量放电电流）
b.充至电压达到2.5（V），电液内有气泡发生时减半（即0.05ⅠA）继续充电。
c.充至充足电状态时停充0.5小时再减半电流（即0.025ⅠA）充电1小时。
d.再停充0.5小时后用0.025ⅠA的电流充电1小时。
e.按d条重复数次直至充电机一合闸电池内就有气泡激烈发生时为止。

Main performance of a battery
1 the basic parameters of the battery are found in the sample of traction battery.
2 the average temperature of the electrolyte in the discharge process of the battery is 30 degrees Celsius, and its capacity can be calculated according to the formula (1) if the average temperature is not 30:

3 cycle endurance: according to 7403.1-2008 GB/T "traction lead-acid batteries" national standards for testing, the cycle endurance capacity of not less than 1200 times.
4 dry batteries should be stored in a dry, clean and well ventilated room, the ambient temperature is (40 ~ 5) degrees C, since the date of the factory for the longest storage period of 2 years. If more than 2 years, its performance has a corresponding reduction.
Two. Use of batteries
1 preparation before use
The battery should remove surface dust and dirt before use, and then only to check for damage, such as damaged or visible damage repair or replacement. After being checked, the monomer battery is assembled into a battery pack according to the requirement of the need or the condition of the charging power supply.
Lifting equipment for loading and unloading batteries or batteries must be able to withstand the corresponding weight. When the battery or battery pack is down, make sure that all the people are not under the battery.
When the battery is connected with the internal screw thread, the operating torque is 23Nm, and the battery is strictly prohibited to use the tool of large torque to connect the battery, so as to avoid damaging the battery.
2 preparation of electrolyte
2.1 after the battery is fully charged, the electrolyte density is shown below:
Example: battery model: A 6DB420A series of all product electrolyte density is (1.270 + 0.005) g/cm3 (30 C);
Battery type: H 6DB450H series all product electrolyte density is (1.290 + 0.005) g/cm3 (30 C);
Battery type: 6DB420 general series product electrolyte density is (1.290 + 0.005) g/cm3 (30 C).
Preparation of electrolyte according to the provisions of table 1. Technical standards for sulfuric acid should be in accordance with 2692-2007 HG/T "acid battery with sulfuric acid," the provisions of the technical standards for water should be in accordance with the provisions of 10053-1999 JB/T "water for lead-acid batteries".
