1、本标准规定了铝镍复合带的技术要求、实验方法、检验标准、以及包装标准，运输和储存的方法。This standard stimulates the technical requirements, experiment method, testing standard and method of packing, transporting and storing for Ni–clad-Al strip.       

2、本标准适用于惠能电子生产的用于仪表、电讯以及其他工业部门用的铝镍带/片。This standard is adopt to the Ni–clad-Al strip/plate made by Wuxi Winner Electronics Material Co., Ltd, which is used in the manufacturing of instruments, telecom and other industry products.○应用（引用）标准。Adopting standard GB4156金属杯突试验方法。Metal cupping testing method GB8647镍化学分析方法。Chemical analysis method on nickel GB6397金属拉伸试验试样。Metal extension testing GB5235加工镍及镍合金化学成分和产品形状。Chemical content and shape of nickel & nickel alloy products GB8888重有色金属加工产品的包装、标志、运输和储存。Packing, marking, transporting and storing of heavy non-ferrous metal products○技术要求Technical requirements 1、外形尺寸允许偏差。Allowance on dimension 0.15㎜( +0.01㎜) Ni: 0.1（+0.01㎜）A l:0.05 (+0.01㎜) 0.10㎜厚铝镍带，镍铝层厚度根据要求而定。

3、带材应平直，但允许有轻微的波浪，侧边的弯曲度每米不大于5㎜。The strip should be smooth, but tiny gamble which less than 5mm/meter from side direction is allowed.

4、带材/片材表面应光滑、清洁。不应有分层、裂纹、起皮、气泡和夹杂。The surface of nickel/plate should be smooth and neat without interlayer, crack, peeling, bubble and foreign substance.

5、允许有轻微的、局部的划伤、辊印等缺陷；允许有轻微的氧化色（发暗）以及轻微的、局部的油迹。Very tiny, partly defect such as scratch and roller trace is allowed；very tiny oxidation colour or oil spot is allowed.

 6、表面粗糙度应在Ra0.05~0.5um内。注：从铝镍片的横幅方向进行测试。Roughness on surface should be within Ra0.05~0.5um(Remark: Testing from cross direction).

7、铝镍带/片边缘应切齐，无毛刺（小于0.05㎜）、裂边和卷边。Side of Al/Ni strip/plate should be even cut without burr.

8、电性能，电阻率应小于0.096Ωm㎡.Electricity performance: resistance rate should be less than 0.096Ωm㎡.

9、化学成分应符合国标GB/T2072—93 N6标准。（具体成分可符合下表二）Chemical content should conform to China standard GB/T2072—93 N6(Detail please see following table2). Ni:大于99.5
