【雨刮器】

总成含有电动机、减速器、四连杆机构、刮水臂心轴、刮水片总成等。当司机按下雨刮器的开关时，电动机

启动，电动机的转速经过蜗轮蜗杆的减速增扭作用驱动摆臂，摆臂带动四连杆机构，四连杆机构带动安

装在前围板上的转轴左右摆动，最后由转轴带动雨刮片刮扫挡风玻璃。
【运作原理】
1、雨刮器的动力源来自电动机，它是整个雨刮器系统的核心。雨刮器电动机的质量要求是相当高的。它采用

直流永磁电动机，安装在前挡风玻璃上的雨刮器电动机一般与蜗轮蜗杆机械部分做成一体。蜗轮蜗杆机构的作

用是减速增扭，其输出轴带动四连杆机构，通过四连杆机构把连续的旋转运动改变为左右摆动的运动。
2、雨刮器电动机采用3刷结构以方便变速。间歇时间由间歇继电器控制，利用电机的回位开关触点与继电器

电阻电容的充放电功能使雨刮器按照一定周期刮扫。雨刮器的刮片胶条是直接清除玻璃上雨水和污垢的工具。

刮片胶条通过弹簧条压向玻璃表面，它的唇口必须与玻璃角度配合一致，方能达到所要求的性能。
3、一般情况下在汽车组合开关手柄上有雨刮器控制旋扭，设有低速、高速、间歇3个档位。手柄顶端是洗涤

器按键开关，按下开关有洗涤水喷出，配合雨刮器洗涤挡风玻璃。洗涤器系统是汽车上很普通的装置，它由

储水箱、水泵、输水管、喷水嘴组成。其中储水箱一般是1.5升～2升的塑料罐，水泵是一种微型电动离心泵，通过它将储水箱的洗涤水输向喷水嘴，经2～4个喷水嘴的挤压作用将洗涤水分成细小的射流喷向挡风玻璃，

配合雨刮器起到清洁挡风玻璃的作用。
